The lovely team at  Image magazine featured my recipe for  Rapsberry, Rose, and Pistachio Marshmallows- the cover star of my book The Marshmallowist.

 I chatted with the Sunday Times about bringing gourmet marshmallows to London and the Parisian inspiration for my new book The Marshmallowist . They featured my signature recipe from the book alongside some of my favourite desserts.

We were thrilled they featured The Marshmallowist in their top trends- highlighting our focus on luxury ingredients and bold design.
