There’s a consensus within my family that Easter is far superior Christmas when it comes to enjoyment. A lazily long weekend, no pressure to panic buy pressies, the food is lighter, fresher but just as decadent, walks are abundant, the days are brighter, you can go to the pub for longer and it’s, generally, far more relaxed.  Filled with a dreamy pecan mallow fluff, a lick of caramel and a dark chocolate shell these marshmallow eggs are swoon worthy. We painted each egg with gold speckles and spring light pastels! We've popped them in packs of three- perfect for sharing. And they come with a hand-tied pink ribbon for an extra chic flourish ( not sure why we died this as only one of us in the bakery can tie the ribbon that looks this good- so she's been VERY busy)
