I’l hold my hands up… our vegan marshmallow stock has been inconsistent over the last two years. Brexit made it SUPER difficult to get any cositentcy in our ingredient supply and we just won’t whip up anything in this bakery unless the ingredients are the best we can get.

But I’m pleased to tell you that our Vegan mallows are back. And they’re better than ever. In fact, these marshmallows are SO good that we’ve had a 6 month long waiting list for them! But now we’ve found a fabulous new supplier and we’ve bought enough stock to keep us in mallows for quite some time so wait no more. These mallows are the perfect little sweet treat this Veganuary. Toast them over a fire, melt them into a hot chocolate, smooch them into a s’more- available in 2 flavours...

Vegan Vanilla- our vegan vanilla marshmallows are something we're really proud of. it's a little tricky to create a mallow that's soufflé light and carries the warm taste of fresh vanilla pods, that has that satisfying 'bounce' of a mallow but still toasts to the perfect caramelised crunch on the outside. but we did it! this is a marshmallow that everyone can enjoy and they are absolutely delicious.  

Vegan Rose and Pistachio- our vegan marshmallows are something we're really proud of. rose and pistachio with edible rose petals- a soft rose mallow with nutty roasted pistachios stirred through then whipped for a light, delicate, melt in the mouth texture. these mallows are nutty and alluring with a flirty floral finish.

Sure, these are created for vegans but they’re loved by all of us!
