 Gaze upon our ‘Night Before Christmas’ Chocolate Teacake Collection. Capturing the enchantment of Christmas with every bite. Each teacake is made with our signature chocolate shell, whipped mallow fluff, and our baked biscuit base, creating a luxe treat. 

The Night Before Christmas Collection is available in four festive flavours: 

  • Nose like a cherry– A harmonious blend of rich cherry curd, light vanilla fluff and a dark chocolate shell. 
  • Sugar Plum– A nostalgic favourite with a sophisticated twist, blackberry fluff surrounding Victoria plum jam encased with milk chocolate. 
  • Christmas Pudding – A warm spiced fluff, a lick of gingerbread caramel and sprinkle of brandy soaked fruit. 
  • Midnight Snow: Coconut fluff a smooth white chocolate creme and a white chocolate shell- hand-painted to shimmer like the night sky.

All our teacakes are hand painted. We only ever use british fairtrade
sugar. they are egg white, gluten free and suitable for
pescatarians.they are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes- the perfect gift.


biscuit base: gluten free flour. milk, butter {dairy). golden syrup. brown sugar

mallow: sugar. invert sugar. glucose. (Vanilla bean /
blackberry purée / nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon / desiccated coconut ) / fish gelatine. salt. lemon juice.

gooey centre: Sugar, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk, Butter (MILK, Salt), Concentrated Sour Cherry Juice (10%)/ Sugar, Victoria Plums, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin / Sugar, cream, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg / brandy soaked raisins / sugar 42.5%; vegetable fat , whole milk powder 13.0%; skimmed milk powder 13.0%.
