From curling up with hot chocolates, last minute wrapping of presents to mince pies left for Santa it creates magic. Now, if we’re honest we know that’s not always easy to achieve…we all want the fairytale Christmas Eve but it can be wrapped up in stress and time pressures and overwhelming expectation. This limited-edition release re-imagines classic Christmas nostalgia with that grown up twist, offering hand painted chocolate teacakes designed to look just like Christmas Tree Baubles. Each one in a unique seasonal flavour ( my favourite is the sugar plum with the sprightly Victoria Plum Jam.) and each one using a different painting technique. Yeah, they do take ages to make but you’re going to think they were worth it.

we created these beautiful mallows by following a traditional recipe. with dried fruit steeped overnight in brandy, we use dark brown sugar for a rich treacle taste and then gently mix this mallow until it oozes with the brandy soaked fruit. Gift them to friends and be sure to save a box for yourself, you’re going to love them. 

 Now, it’s been a long day and it’s time to curl up and get cosy. There’s nothing better than a steaming mug of hot chocolate topped with a gourmet mallow. We’ve re-imagined our bakery blend hot chocolate with a larger tin containing our chocolate flakes ready to melt into warm milk. We even include a free mug with each one, perfect for cuddling into.
